@CSharpie-S : If you are a newbie to Windows 10, you can check the command line version or
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Windows\TypingAssistantForJEType\TypingAssistant.exe in case of Windows 7 or 8,

JEType is a must have for Windows 10 users.

Start typing a keyboard sequence, then press Ctrl+T key to bring the window in focus and then you can type just like you do on a phone.

Typing assistant works best when you are in a full keyboard layout, such as the ones on the US English keyboards. For example, if you are using a Mac keyboard layout (US, UK, and others), you must start by going to Settings > System > Language, and then to the Typing section and select the language and keyboard layout

I feel like this question is a little… challenging.
No, I’m not going to give you the answer without any clarification as to the sort of code you’re supposed to answer.
Your question is very broad, but I’ll try to answer it anyway, to give you a base to work with.
Sorry that I can’t be more specific, but you’ve given us very little to go on.
In computer languages, strings are sequences of characters in a certain set — which characters are valid, what their relative order is, if any, etc. The set of valid characters includes the usual alphanumerics, as well as punctuation marks, “special” symbols like dollar sign, etc., and sometimes even whitespace.
There are usually different ways of representing the same string in different programming languages — the comma-separated list is considered obsolete in many languages, and has no advantages to warrant its existence. There are many advantages for representing strings as lists of characters, since it often can be easier to later reconstruct a string from a list of characters. This applies particularly well to languages with regex-like text parsing, like Python or Perl.
In any case, to the best of my knowledge, you cannot “parse” a string into a list of characters, at least not without a lot of conditional logic. Of course, you can write a program which manipulates a list of characters in order to make them look like a string, but if the list is always the same, you’d only need to write the algorithm once.
Since string manipulations are needed every time you want to convert a string into some kind of canonical form, it’s usually faster to just treat the string as a sequence of bytes — this is effectively what character encoding means. There are various ways to represent the same sequence of bytes in various computer languages, too.
For instance, you can treat strings as UTF-8 strings, so that you can use a generic text library to find the content of a string. In that case, there’s an API function for that — e.g., mystring.find(“X”).
You can probably use strings in your “keyboard practice” mode, too — at least if you’re

JetType is a program developed by Promedia Software Group that was created to help people improve their typing skills.
The program is small, unobtrusive, and well-designed. It has quite an effective interface and performs several key features so that people can maximize their time and focus on practicing instead of being bothered with unnecessary items.
JetType works with WordPad and Word so that users have the chance to practice their typing skills with different word processing programs.
The application does not require.NET Framework to function. It can be run with Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, and Windows Server 2003 and 2008.
JetType Results:
When you run Jetty, it takes a moment to setup. It then displays a window with lots of menu options. Simply choose one, and Jetty will launch.
All of Jetty’s menus have 3 submenus, displaying 3 different tabs. These tabs are Use, Statistics and Help. The Use tab will show a clock to monitor how long you are on the program. At the top is a drop-down menu where you can choose the text to use for your typing practice. This allows you to practice typing letters, words, or sentences of any length.
At the bottom of this menu is a large scrolling menu that contains the following sections:
Letter Practice – Let’s do some practice with letters.
Word Practice – Use this mode for practice with words.
Paragraph Practice – Let’s practice paragraphs, including backspace.
The statistics menu gives you a total of 4 graphs. The top left graph gives you a count of your typed characters. The top right graph gives you the speed of your key typing. The bottom left gives you your errors. The bottom right graph gives you how many times you hit the backspace key to erase mistakes.
The Help tab gives you a page with a short explanation of how to use each of Jetty’s features. This uses a basic language that some people might not understand, so I cannot really explain more. I can only give directions, but I can’t help you if you don’t know how to use Jetty.
Jetty is very simple and has a clean interface. It does require some learning to get the best from it. If you have never used jetty before, I recommend you read the short explanation of the use of jetty on the about tab. The rest of the tutorial I will provide you will use some words or sentences from the about tab, if you
